SUPPORTING PROFESSIONALS IN COLLABORATIVE EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS (Spices ™)
Director's Group
We are the SPICES that add the components to close the educational gap and build the bridges that allow passage for learning to occur for all children! We are a group of professionals that lead the charge in providing a quality education for all students.
This specific group is an opportunity to network, support, grow, and challenge one another to be our very best. My very best, may not look like your very best, but whatever you want to get from this support group is just that. We will build one another up and share knowledge, experience, literature, resources, and hope!
The purpose of this group is also to stay connected and applaud each member successes, as well as to lift each other up through the challenges we endure as professionals. This group does not have one facilitator, as it will have many. We can collectively and independently share information with each other through multiple sources to include (i.e., email, phone calls, zoom conferencing, and/or face-to-face meetings). Within the SPICES group, we bring out the flavor of all members by embracing everyone’s individual talents and achievements. We embody true professionalism with grace, respect, and trust, as professional and phenomenal educators.
